Amanda Saint is an award-winning author, experienced writing mentor, and founder of The Mindful Writer. With two published novels, a novella-in-flash, and numerous award-winning short stories, she brings both creative expertise and deep industry knowledge to her mentorship work. She has worked with hundreds of writers and ran an independent press that published 24 books, earning recognition as Most Innovative Publisher at the 2020 Saboteur Awards.
Amanda holds Diplomas in Therapeutic Journaling and Meditation Teaching and is a certified Mindfulness Mentor, having completed her training with renowned teachers Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. Her approach weaves a decade of personal mindfulness practice with craft knowledge gained from a 25-year career as a writer.
